Financing technical research and development programs to serve humanity and enhance knowledge economies to achieve sustainable development for the country.

• Determining the main areal lift points.
• Reviewing and approving the working drawings and plans.
• General supervision of the implementation of the works.
• Examination and testing of materials, equipment and works.
• Submit periodic reports on the progress of work.
• Review the quantities and extracts.
• Attending the initial and final receipt of the project.
