The project was implemented in 18 calendar months including design and tender phases.

The project has been divided into 7 packages distributed over 7 contractors for cost reduction purposes, the coordination process among the 7 contractors was the main duty of the project manager.

Reviewing the contractors’ invoices and approving it for quick payment was the key to the success of this project.
