Description
Set to replace the existing signalized intersection of the Immam Muslim and Prince Naif Roads located west of Al Madinah Al Munawwarah’s very center. The project’s most prominent feature is the 75-meter-wide bridge, made up of two openings, supported on mono-piled foundations in order to bypass a complex network of underlying utilities. Reinforced Earth systems were also utilized for the bridge approaches as a mean of reducing the overall construction cost.
